Posted October 3, 200816 yr Recently i have been listening to their album again and i can't emphisise how good it is. its 15 catchy electro-pop songs. i don't understand why they didn't achieve more success. They were a very good act and should reform. Anyone else like them or have their album?
October 3, 200816 yr sorry dude, but they were awful... even by manufactured pop standards, hence their very short life.

October 3, 200816 yr I thought they were great but they really did release the wrong material for their 3rd and 4th singles. Why they didn't release Judgement Day insread of that awrful Strange Love i'll never know
October 3, 200816 yr I thought 'Strange Love' was a nice change of direction for them ^_^ I must admit to liking their songs tbh, but yeah, they only stayed around as long as they did because they were half-naked in most of their videos.
October 3, 200816 yr Author the album tracks are better than the singles - the song Relentless on the album is amazing - never know why it wasn't a single
October 3, 200816 yr Author the album was only released in South Africa - it's on Uk itunes though. they released 4 singles - was a waste not releasing the album.
October 3, 200816 yr Hold On Me and Love Revolution were brilliant IMO, went a bit downhill after that.

And that's a bad thing because...? :kink: But seriously, I loved 'Hold On Me' and 'Love Revoluation' but thier version of Wild Boys was DIRE.

October 4, 200816 yr I loved Phixx. They were a really different boyband. they were topman trendy and electro pop! They should have been the male Girls Aloud. I have wanted to get their album forawhile now but cant find it anywhere online. I downloaded some of the album tracks though.

October 6, 200816 yr I downloaded their album! Im loving "Voyeur" right now. Great thing is they don't reak of a boyfriend. They were actually ahead of their time and some of their songs are quite experimental for pop music. We need a commerical electrofied boyband and Phixx should have been IT!

Yeah i agree - they stood out because there style was o different from usual boyband formula. "Relentless" and "City Of The Night" are superb!
October 6, 200816 yr Thats how i felt about them, and I really thought they were like the male version of Girls Aloud - Sound of the Underground and Electrophonic Revolution had similar feels to it - particulary the singles and they both covered Duran Duran! I heard that Pete Waterman wanted to sign them after Popstars and they declined wanting their own sound. And lets face it, they're whole output was better than the two OTV singles
October 6, 200816 yr my best friend hayley was chris park's dancing partner growing up at dance class. lol. random I know Phixx need to reform ala scooch style
