Don't get me wrong I like the song but we don't live in a world where any old good song can be bunged out and made into a hit single! :heehee: If the album was full of similar songs I'd probably think it a good choice, I just hate that potential major hits are being ignored.

I guess it still is. She shot the video today and some places (esp Italy) have already started to play it. I think it's stupid, but its the best for AP. Instead of wasting months of promoting a mediocre-2nd single, push it out before the end of year in hope it will keep the album active. Then spend 2009 releasing songs like Defeated, I Call It Love/The Way I See It and then most probably Heavy Rotation, (which I don't think we'll get till she releases it in America, cause I'm 110% sure it'll be the first single there).

Absolutely Positively [Ne-Yo + Chuck Harmony], the second single release from the album 'Heavy Rotation' has finished being shot in the UK by Nigel Dick [Oasis, Guns N Roses, Britney Spears, Nickleback] who also directed Anastacia's first hit, 'I'm Outta Love'. Rumour has it a possible release will occur round end of November/Early December time.

The video for 'Absolutely Positively' was shot on Monday, and the single will be release sometime round the end of November.

 

 

I don't know how this will work out. :/ She's promoting all through November + December, yet she insists on performing I Can Feel You. Unless they are going to do a 'quick performance change' halfway through her schedule. :lol:
