I had a body MOT at work today but I'm not sure whether his machines were working properly. My body fat percentage came out as 26.5% which according to the chart I was given shows me as being "overfat" and my blood pressure was 75 over 64.

Maybe I just jinxed his equipment.

Nina, if you were any thinner, you'd disappear when you stood sideways. It's really hard to believe those readings. Did they suggest yoy diet? Does someone there want to get rid of you? Maybe the blood pressure thing could show why you're always cold though. We need Spam - she's good at this type of thing.
Just to say that Darius' myspace blogs are disabled for maintenance. I suppose it's too much to hope another would be added.
They didn't suggest anything at all. It wasn't very helpful, just made me a bit paranoid about what I'm eating to give that reading.

Nina there is something wrong he must have pressed the wrong buttons or done the calculations wrong.

There is no way you are over weight....Under weight......yes

...and your BP is very low....check it at the local chemist and if it is still that low make a visit to your GP for a check up with them.

My friend Lyn is very thin like you, her BP is low and she is always cold...you both need some stew, dumplings and mash potato followed by syrup sponge and custard.......yummy! I love winter food :D

Can I join you two? I just love food. I'd refuse to be attatched to his machines. If that's what they make your body fat - I hate to think what it would make mine.
Yes, I do think he mucked up the calculations. I've always been cold but I always have been. Mostly it's because of having Raynauds Syndrome. I'm not underweight though - within the normal range. I was aware that my blood pressure was probably low today. It isn't always but I didn't expect it to be quite that low. He didn't seem concerned. Again it's something I am prone to. The last time I went to the doctor's for something (about six years ago), I ended up being given oxygen because my blood pressure dropped so low. They wouldn't let me leave for a couple of hours and weren't happy about me walking home on my own.
They should give you a Darius to walk you home - I bet you wouldn't mind that kind of medication.
That would cheer anyone up. Hope all is OK now, Nina.

well I think I'd better accompany you too................just incase he starts singing...... :D
I'm fine thanks Bramley. Darius to walk me home - thinks back to a walk across Leicester Square - adds in being serenaded. OK, bye all. I'm off to daydream.

Today you can stop daydreaming and set your video/whatever. I'd prefer the full works (gig, performance,)

but there it is.

LOL at the idea of my daydreams being polite.

At least you went to the Albert Hall, Nina......more fodder for your daydreams? Did you pick yourself out in the

TV programme.......which little dot in the distance was you? You did say you sat very high up.

I was very high up, mostly hiding behind my hymn book, praying the camera wouldn't spot me.
