A Happy New Year to everyone!! :dance: :D I hope everyone has had a very enjoyable Xmas - I have been looking in but everything has been so hectic that I didn't get round to posting!! The decorations are just going back into their boxes and back into the loft and the house looks pretty dull - it takes a couple of days to get used to it again!! :lol: It somehow seems a relief to be getting back to normal! :D I soooooooo hope that 2009 is finally going to be D's year....... Can't wait to have a reason to meet up with everyone again and something to look forward to.... I've booked to see Tina Turner and Rhydian but it is Darius that I long to see up on the stage performing his new music.... Not too long now, I hope... :D

 

Anyone know when 'Hotel Babylon' starts - there is still no news on their website!!??

I've been hopefully looking too, Julie. On the Sonnet thread, they seem to have ear-marked Feb 4th, but I don't know why.

 

I think the drabness in the home after the Xmas decorations are put away, leads to the hectic Spring cleaning and re-decorating

boom. Not looking forward to this at all.

I've booked to see Rhydian in Manchester in May, but like you it's Darius I really want to see.

 

Wasn't Meg going to her mums? She was hoping to have access to the internet there,with Nina's help, but perhaps it hasn't worked. Sue

 

In the Artists Forums League we have gone down from six to eight. I expected worse.

That's the urge I'm fighting just now.

 

I think I'll grab some holiday brochures when I'm next out and dream about that instead. I've already booked my flight to Canada for a fortnight's break in May.

well we have already booked our holiday - some more fossil hunting on the Jurrassic coast, we loved it there the other year! cant afford france this year, not with the pound so weak!!!

We've searched for black ammonites (unsuccessfully) at Whitby, but aren't there green ammonites on the Jurassic Coast?

I also am thinking about booking for Rhydian for plymouth but also its D I want to see. Rhydian however has done well, his album has gone platinum within four weeks without a single being released from it and therefore no airplay. I believe several of his tour venues are sold out so I might be unlucky.

I like Rhydian but it's Darius I want to see and hear.

I don't really want to book too many other things because if D does start doing appearances again, knowing my luck,I will have double booked. Sue
