Rhydian was excellent last night, much better than I had expected. The performance was really well staged and he came across as a sincere, genuine person with a huge talent ( a bit like somebody else we know. ;) ) The atmosphere was good, banners being waved, people wearing special tops, many signed, and people getting up to dance, but I did come away feeling a bit sad though, because it reminded me of the Dive In Tour and all the good times since when Darius has performed and I wonder if concerts like that will ever happen again :( Sue

I've just got back from seeing Tina Turner and what can I say other than........WOW!!!! :yahoo: She was totally amazing!!! :winner: That was an experience that will certainly never be realised again!! :cry:

 

I'm pleased to hear that Rhydian was excellent in concert Sue - I'm going to see him on May 18th. I must admit that I was disappointed with his album - his voice is incredible but I found the tracks all too much in the same vein!! He has promised that his tour will be more of a mixture and it sounds as though it is - I want to see the 'performer' as well as hear his voice!! :thumbup:

 

If you're reading this Darius, we all miss you - where are you?? I hope you have some wonderful news for us very soon!!!!! :music:

His tour IS more of a mixture Julie. You see the "over top Rhydian", the sexy Rhydian, and the sensitive Rhydian, and as I said, it's a brilliant performance. Hope you enjoy it. Sue

Oh dear I wish I had booked, he has got fantastic reviews from Nottingham and Manchester.
He just didn't appeal to me. I've glad that those of you who did like him are able to go and see the show.
It's all a matter of personal taste, isn't it? What one likes another doesn't. It'd be a boring world if we all agreed.

I'm waiting for the decorators, hopefully it will stay dry for them to get a good start on the outside of the house :)

 

 

I think that's a taken. Even if he were to be doing something, I couldn't go but I could look at the pics and reports others made about it.

Well they made a good start but were rained off by 2pm.

 

It's predicted rain first thing but dry midday onwards so I hope he returns :)
