We discounted the obvious - firm handshake, smile, and eye content. We try to actually listen to what they said and the way they say it. Sometimes over selling is just so obvious.

I dislike this point system.

 

The last 2 people employed where I work were not suitable for the job and proved it by leaving after only a short time and that was after many sick days.

The latest person is great....just hope she likes us and stays.
