I am the lucky person who is going to see 'Monsters vs Aliens' today. Aren't you all jealous?
And I thought I was having a bad day. Never mind, you're making someone very happy. It might be better than you think. Sue
I really enjoyed it. I never did grow up. It was a mix of Monsters Inc, which I also liked an d Mars Attack. I'm told it's not 'cool' but then, that was never something that bothered me.
Bring back the flower pot men and the woodentops, says I.

And" the very biggest spotty dog you ever did see". I loved him. Sue

One of my most favourite films was on this afternoon..........and I missed it. 'The Vikings'.

Apparently David Tennant and the Royal Shakespeare Company are making a film of the stage production of Hamlet.

Wonder if he will use the genuine skull or a plastic replica. The genuine one was a boon to the publicity department.

It wouldn't worry me if no-one else but me liked it......none of my family are impressed either. I still like it.

We're all different, or it would be a very boring world.

They tend to repeat a lot of the classic films at set times of the year.

I know I've seen it all the way thought at least once......and bits at least a million....and that's no exaggeration :D

Another one they tend to repeat at Easter and Christmas is Zulu. I first saw it as a child in a cinema in London and like you Pam, I must have seen it hundreds of times since. Sue
I've watched the bread Wallace and Grommit half hour film this evening ( missed it at Xmas ).
Does anyone know if a bay tree needs full sun or part shade? Have bought a little one and have lost the information label. Sue
No idea. Ours is in full sun and does well but I don't know what it's supposed to be in.
