Well, maybe if you book Darius will arrange to do something at the same time. It seems to happen often - but mainly to BT and Spam

Mmmmm..... That sounds interesting Sue! :D My husband and I would love to see him again but we are fairly busy in July - can you let me know what dates he is appearing? Is it just Rhydian and Men Aloud? Why, on earth, can't Darius appear at a concert like this - some of Men Aloud appeared with him at the Burns Night didn't they?

Julie

Yes Julie it's just the two of them, part of a summer series of concerts. It's on Thursday 30th July. Couldn't resist as it's so close to home. Sue

Does anyone know why Silvertongue has blanked out all her posts for the last few days?

Has she left this forum?

I'm puzzled by this too :???: .....seems very strange blanking out posts and putting a spining question mark box thing in there place!
The four cygnets have now been reduced to two. I'm not keen on swans but I feel sorry for the loss of the cygnets.

I love swans, they are so graceful in the water and fiercely protective of their offspring. I definitely wouldn't like to get close to an angry swan.

In Canada when they construct areas of apartments and office blocks they create ponds with the run-off from the sites and that encourages wildlife. My nephew's apartment overlooks one of those and there was a colony of Canada geese with tiny goslings. It's amazing how much they grew in just over a week.

Our baby bluetits are huge now. Nine eggs hatched out of the eleven laid and eight babies survived. Mum and Dad have done a fantastic job feeding them. They never stop from daybreak to dusk, even in all the horrible weather we've had. The babies look ready to leave the nest any time now. Only hope we're here to see it happen and they make it to the safety of the trees. Sue
I think I went of them when they killed one of last years cygnets because they wouldn't leave the territory. That male swan killed at least 4 young swans. He didn't want to just chase them off - he wouldn't let them go and drowned them. Bodies were floating in the bushes. The swan sactury just said there were too many swans and it was nature.
You could be right. Maybe about 11pm, I'll be free to finish the room - unless I come back on here that is.
Yes to both of those. Shame about the rest of the house. My sister-in-law and neice will have landed at Gatwick by now.

I don't think you can completely delete posts which have already been replied to in a thread and you have to put at least one character when you edit them.

Anybody know the meaning of dreams? :???: I seldom dream about Darius but just recently I've done it twice. The first time I woke up suddenly because somebody was explaining that he wasn't happy because he'd just got married to a farmer's daughter and was having a hard time! Last night a group of us had gone back stage to say hello and again he wasn't happy, arranged for us to have a tour of the theatre, and rode off on a bike. Either these are deeply significant or I think I could be losing the plot! Probably the latter. Sue

Not only has she deleted posts, she has also deleted her user name (even in the introduce yourself thread).
