It's too hot to move here. At least you can get on, BT. When ours goes it does it completely

Maybe I'm tempting fate but Freeserve which became wanadoo and then Orange has been not bad at all - just a tad unco-operative sometimes and slow at the most inconvenient times. When it does go completely, it's usually something wrong with their linkup to BT or the line and between them they take what seems like ages to sort it out.

 

I do however get really frustrated when I have to call technical help. I've no idea where their call centre is but no matter how far one technical expert has taken you before the line goes dead, the next one starts right from the beginning.

At least Virgin don't charge for the fault calls if you use a virgin line.
