No, One Tree Hill is amazing [Which btw is back on Monday :w00t:]

This had 25 spins on POP in the last couple of days. It's annoying to see Katy Perry getting tons of pre-adds, but that's to be expected with the success of HnC I guess. I really hope this takes off on the 6th.
any news when the video is coming?

We've only been told it's sometime in January.

I Will Be

Grammys be damned for not giving Leona Lewis with a best new artist nod. Despite the Recording Academy's embarrassing omission, Billboard's No. 1 new artist of 2008 has plenty to celebrate: Alongside No. 1 album "Spirit," best-selling iTunes single of the year "Bleeding Love" and top 40 radio top 10 follow-up "Better in Time," third single "I Will Be" is again paved in gold—a straight-up power ballad. The song is propelled by a killer vocal that Mariah Carey would adore, gargantuan production that scoops up a heap of cumulus clouds and a chorus and bridge that boast indelible pop songwriting (from Avril Lavigne and Max Martin, among others). Overseas, Lewis' cover of Snow Patrol's "Run," added to an enhanced version of the album, became the fastest-selling download in British history and promptly shot to No. 1 last month. With her consummate "Footprints in the Sand" (a "bonus" track on the current U.S. album), 2009 is sounding like a superlative second act for Lewis. —Chuck Taylor

Man, Billboard love her, don't they? ;)

From Leona's latest blog:

I also sang ‘I Will Be’ on Letterman which was a treat for me and then I shot the video for the song in the same week. I can’t wait for you to see it, it’s so different from my previous videos. I got to shoot again with one of my favourite directors, Melina who I luv and I’m really proud of what we’ve created. I also got to work with Chace Crawford, who is one of the nicest people I’ve met, super talented and he’s in one of my new fave series’ Gossip Girl.

Glad Melina is directing. :) She did the first Bleeding Love vid and has done loads of fantastic videos:

Great. I really liked the first Bleeding Love video, but the pictures for this video look incredible!

Never seen Gossip Girl :\

And so we have lift off! It's currently #2 on the Taking Off Chart, and #59 on the Mediabase chart. Slow start, but at least things are picking up now.

I thought it was supposed to premiere tomoz?

Where did you hear that? The only thing announced was that it will come out in January.
