Posted October 8, 200816 yr Sugababe Heidi Range has insisted that she will not be disappointed if the group’s new single fails to top the charts this weekend. ‘Girls’, the first release from the trio’s new album Catfights and Spotlights, hit stores this week after already making it to the top four following strong download sales. Range has now admitted that chart rivals like Pink and Kings Of Leon could edge ahead this weekend because their current singles are so strong. “We’ve always got to No.1 with the first single off an album recently. But with the calibre of what is out there, I don’t mind,” she told the Daily Star. “I’d be gutted if it was something rubbish.” Catfights and Spotlights is released on October 20. October 8, 200816 yr Great to see her being so sweet about it. I fully agree. So What deserves #1, as does Girls, but not everything can get it, so they should be content with a place in the Top 3.
October 8, 200816 yr Girls does'nt even deserve #3 but I would still love to see it at #1 just because its like their lead single tradition almost!
October 8, 200816 yr My opinion on the song is well known so i wont say where i would have wnated it to chart but Heidi's really nice about it i guess.
October 8, 200816 yr modest as always about it, she always seems nice in interviews. Would like this to continue their tradition, but as they say the exception proves the rule, right? So even if it misses.... ok i have no point!
