i wa sjust reading the irish chart commentary about the album chart and this is what it said about Oasis

"Three years on from their last studio album Oasis release their seventh album of original material ‘Dig Out Your Soul’ which enters this week’s Album Chart at No2 - only the second of all seven not to enter the Chart at No1. Their debut 1994 release ‘Definitely Maybe’ never made it to the top, peaking at No8 in the Chart, though their 1995 follow-up ‘(What’s The Story) Morning Glory’ held onto the No1 spot for an amazing 20 weeks giving it the second longest spell at the top after the ‘A Woman’s Heart’ compilation. Their last release - 2006’s greatest hits package ‘Stop The Clocks’ - peaked at No2."
