I'm not entirely sure what this programme is about, but it's getting quite a bit of mention here and there, and I think it involves a few incredibly clever teenagers or something. Anyway... you'll never guess who the lad in this picture is. :mellow:

Gary Barlow, Guy Chambers and some other song-writers are involved in this along with choreographer Arlene Philips. Even though I'm a Take That fan - I'm actually not looking forward to it - I was at first - but I've gone right off it now. Gary should be devoting his time to the next TT album and tour not fannying around with something like this. I just don't like reality shows.

 

It has the potential to surprise and I hope it does, but ......

Adam Garcia from Coyote Ugly now has a major part in this as the dance teacher. This may be better than I thought it would be especially as Mark 'brand new customers only' Benton is part of it too.

Must admit - I'm not keen on the younger members of the cast mainly as I haven't heard of any of them - but then again ... it ain't aimed at me. But Mark Benton has been nothing less than fabulous in everything I've seen him in so far. Even c**p programs have been made better by his presence. Eddie in Early Doors - is my fave character of his.

The reviews I've read from preview audiences have been good. They've commented 'cheesy but thoroughly entertaining'.

I've seen trailers a dozen times for this, but no start date, anyone else knows when its due to start.

 

As from the trailers it looks good, reminds me a bit of the old BBC1 series 'Fame'.
