This is the nightmare for the year to come  I personally dunnot even care about the charts starting January 1st :P It's goona be such a mess if the official singles will not even count

I wish Merry Xmas to the creators of Charts Plus that ever meant somenting for me in the past years :teresa:

All I could ever count on, is the Airplay chart where the stations decide on a song, not the fanbase that will buy the specific mp3 that count for them :P This is my wishful thinking for 2009

Merrry Xmas! xox.

If you included the previous part of the paragraph (shown below, in bold), your quote means something totally different:

and if we continue irrespective without permission, very simply, no further charts will be supplied to ChartsPlus from early January 2009, so we have to remain patient and hope for a successful outcome.

The new team haven't published anything without permission, so in theory, they should still continue to receive chart data . . .

If they did (publish chart data received), the indication from above is that the OCC would cease to supply further data, as this would be a breach of contract and spell the end for ChartsPlus.

So it's not all doom and gloom, yet.

Season's Greetings!

:)

I assume all we C+ subscribers recieved this email last night?

----------------------

Hopefully, all current subscribers will have received an e-mail from ChartsPlus@UKChartsPlus.co.uk.

If you haven't, please check your SPAM folder.

I think you'll like most of the news and certainly the attachment!!!

If you are receiving this and your subscription has lapsed, please visit http://www.UKChartsPlus.co.uk. Very soon, ChartsPlus.co.uk will also

be directed to the new web site, which looks reassuringly familiar.

Thanks for your patience and support during the past 11 weeks. On behalf of the team, I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Very

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Thanks also to the team for their sterling efforts today in particular!

Kind Regards

Chris Wall

on behalf of the new ChartsPlus team

As it happens, I haven't *yet* received an email from this specific address : ChartsPlus@UKChartsPlus.co.uk

If anyone else has, what was in it?

So it wasn't just me that didn't get it.

If anyone else hasn't, if you email Chris Wall at the usual ChartPlus email addy, I expect he'll re-send it to you.

Well, I'm not a subscriber but I'm very likely to subscribe in the near future. When is it coming back?

Existing subscribers should have received CP 383 by now. If not, please write to the e-mail address given in Chris' announcement.

The website with all subsciption details is now up and running as well.

Is C+ 374 the last catch-up issue that subscribers here have received, so far? I thought 375 might have appeared over the weekend?
