New single from forthcoming Rockferry re-release. It's really good imo. :)

Im quite dissapointed by it really, most of of the songs on Rockferry are better than it.

shame on Duffy for ripping off the fans who've been there since the beginning and who bought Rockferry upon its release - I loathe artists who allow their albums to be re-released, with extra tracks, after the original. I'd rather stick pins in my eyes than buy this tacky cash-in. The tracks just ok, anyway, nothing special at all.

This track is very poor. It is easy to see why it was rejected as a Bond theme, because quite simply it is not very good, and is comparable to one of the weakest tracks on her current album.

 

The record company would have been far far better promoting Distant Dreamer as the next single than this song that sounds like she has covered a The Verve B-Side.

She has far better on the album, silly woman.

I listened to the album earlier.... and there's as many awful tracks as great ones (Serious is hideous)..... why didn't she release the standout track Hanging On Too Long?

BTW there were rumours that she does a single for a film (not James Bond). Is it this one?

I disagree to many views here, I like this a lot, much better than the tragic Stepping Stone and up not far off Mercy and Warwick Avenue :wub:

I love this. And her re-release is very good. It has a second CD with 7 new tracks (most are b-sides but whatever).

I personally would prefer a reales of Distant Dreamer.

BTW isn't it called Rain On Your Parade (without 'don't')???

This song would suit someone with a much dramatic and "darker" voice.

'Enough Love' is really good.

I loved the song to bits since after the very first time i heard it. Much better than any other except Mercy
