Tomorrow is the day they're doing the sessions at Capital FM. They'll perform Girls and perhaps an album track too? I don't know if artists usually do more than one song on air.

And on Saturday at Radio 2, they're on Dermot O'Leary's show which starts at 2pm. You can listen online on Radio 2's website. ^_^

Are the Capital sessions pasrt of Radio 2?! Why are they gonna be on their website?!

Thanks to a few posters on the official we know that at tonight's gig they're performing No Can Do, Every Heart Broken and Beware off the new album. :D

I'm going to just paste everything everybody on Popjustice who went to the gig has said:

Debord says:

Just back from the gig. LOVED IT, was dancing like an idiot. They were all in BRILLIANT voice, very charismatic and incredibly relaxed. I loved the new songs - the chorus of 'Murder One' (I think it's called that?!) is MASSIVE and I was singing along by the second time it came around.

In Denial? says:

The new tracks were amazing!!!

'Every Heart Broken/ Murder One' was my favourite. The beat was incredible.

It starts off with a piano and then Heidi starts singing then mellie then they all come together and thne this MASSIVE beat comes from no where.

Erosoft says:

On the gig itself: I can say that there is something really particular going on at the moment with that band. It is my third Sugababes' gig, and this one was by far the most impressive. There wasn't one note out of tune, all the singing was perfect (a bit weaker on About You Now for Heidi and Amelle but nothing alarming). The En Vogue cover was a feast of perfectly placed harmonies and screams: the last chorus was like being at war, the most delightful war. Also, the professionalism of the girls is perfectly completed by a manifest community of spirit. I never saw them looking so confident and the fun was palpable. It was a perfect balance of obvious simplicity and screaming stardom, and that's what I love the most about the Sugababes brand, this sort of 'Cinderella' transformation that music implied.

Three last points:

1. They did not play Easy, which made me sad.

3. Red Dress is now even more gay.

2. Amelle is now at an unseen level of confidence. She was clearly the star on stage. Heidi and Keisha are amazing on their own register (motherly wholeness for Heidi, technical perfection for Keisha), but Amelle, while keeping the singing on high level, has this jubilation that makes her stand out. It was like a family on stage: smiling mother Heidi, rigid dad Keisha, and Amelle, the tomboy-in-a-dress (shorts actually) daughter on the verge of overthrowing her parents. And her robotic dancing, now perfectly mastered, is the highlight of the whole 'ironic routines' thing.

Michael says:

Setist in order was:

Don't Stop The Music / Hole In The Head

Round Round

Ugly

No Can Do

Beware

Don't Let Go

Freak

Overload

Denial

Murder One (written on setlist as this)

Two Tribes Red Dress

Push The Button

Girls

About You Now

No Can Do had a very summery, Jackson 5 vibe - really good! Murder One was epic. Beware was a bit forgettable. I recorded all of Murder One and 2mins of No Can Do. Will try and upload tonight.

Oh and one of the Sugababes team was asking opinions on 2nd single - No Can Do or Murder One. Most people said Murder One.

Oh and Heidi confirmed they're not doing a tour next year, but will just be doing summer gigs/festivals.

Thanks to all of those posters for that info. ^_^

Well the Change tour was plenty big enough for all of their British fans to go to :heehee: I'd love a tour but I think they'll probably aim to get another album out so they don't have time. Hmm...
I'm so excited for the album now
Oh and Heidi confirmed they're not doing a tour next year, but will just be doing summer gigs/festivals.

For gods sake, WHY didnt i go this year?!

They've gone from arena's, to theatre's, to nothing ... not good. AND they've never released a live dvd! I hope they release a new album next year and tour in '09 (seems so far away :() and actually film it - that would be amazing.

Yhusss, that means i can listen on the Capital website ... wahoooooooooooo.

Yeah, I hate that we've never had a tour DVD. Change should really get one since that tour was so widely-acclaimed.

And I'd totally forgotten about listening to Capital in five mins :heehee: Thanks for reminding me by replying here LOL

Listening live ... looks like its going to be a while, this bloody top 10 thing will last some time i think.
THE SATS! (sorry ... back to topc, its gonna be another 7 songs at least :()
