I've just struggled through the second episode of Wallender. Slight improvement on the first, but I feel like shaking

Kenneth Branagh every time he goes into one of his deep, meaningful (?) silent stares.

They just seem a bit drawn out for me. Sue

According to next week's Radio Times, the people behind Merlin are working to a five year plan. The article also shows one

of the special effects , with Colin Morgan's double taking over for the stunt work.

Much as I like it now, I don't think I could either.

I believe this next episode is the final one in this series.

Your Mum may be a secret Merlin fan.

I somehow doubt it. Very much a 'Coronation Street'. 'Emmerdale', 'Murder She Wrote' person. No dragons for Mum.

Have they not had a dragon in Emmerdale yet? They seem to have had everthing else. ;) Sue

Well, give them the idea, Sue. It couldn't make it worse. I do like dragons.
Sounds as if Meg is in for some interesting TV.

My books are invaluble when I'm at Mum's. Next time I'm going to take twice as many. I have her home with me for Christmas. She's downstairs watching 'Voronatikon Street' - which reminds me - I'd better go and feed them,.
Voronatikon ? Is that the Russian version of Coronation Street ?
It's the last episode of Apparitions tonight. I like Martin Shaw, but I doubt there will be another series of this.
I've hardly watched any telly this month. I've bought the double Radio Times in the hope of finding something to look forward to.

I just can't be bothered but then, even as a child, I watched very little.
