yeah i think i've settled in quite well now. it was very hard though, because i miss my family and friends like crazy. i still dont really know anyone around here, the only 'friends' i have are a handful of people that i know from work. but i hardly ever go out, i can never afford it. but its ok i dont mind that now, i've never been the popular kid anyway :lol:

Having the cats helped me settled a lot, if it wasnt for them i'm not sure how i would have handled it all, Alfie is my bestest little friend now :wub:

Glad you're settling in well Laura. It is more of a wrench than you think when you move out. I felt a bit like that when I was at university.
