October 28, 200816 yr  I haven't heard ANY of those albums! I'm FAR TOO Commercial :smoke:
October 28, 200816 yr I've heard OF the album LOL but I just haven't heard it. I don't like Bjork so I've never been tempted to listen to the album lol
October 28, 200816 yr Author You should check some of them out. ;o Funeral is probably the most accessible out of all of them. Though Illinois is definitely worth checking out, considering it's my favorite album and ever and all. :smoke:
October 28, 200816 yr I really need to listen to 2, 3, 5 and 7 :( And probably 1 thinking about it :heehee:
October 28, 200816 yr I have five of those. Don't like Wolf and not a massive Bjork fan but I will check the others out.
October 28, 200816 yr Author I think you would like Neutral Milk Hotel Jonny. :o Probably a big influence for Frightened Rabbit I'd say.
October 28, 200816 yr The only one i own is Wind in the Wires, great album i think i may perfer Lycanthorpy though
October 28, 200816 yr Author :o Did not know you liked Patrick Wolf. Wind in the Wires is amaze. I really love Lycanthropy as well, but WITW edges out for me. Very dark/etheral/moody while Lycanthropy can be a bit too harsh on the ears sometimes.
October 28, 200816 yr I am indeed a Patrick Wolf fan, his darkness is one of the best things about his music, shows real depth to the music imo, its a shame he isnt that great live, i saw him at Reading fest last year and he rather bored me, which is a shame as i was hoping he would be as good live as on record but obviously not, my mate who is a major fan was right at the front though and managed to share a hug with Patrick
October 29, 200816 yr I have listened to [and like] the following: 01. Sufjan Stevens - Illinois 2005 03. Björk - Homogenic 1997 04. Modest Mouse - The Moon and Antarctica 2000 08. Modest Mouse - The Lonesome Crowded West 1997 10. Arcade Fire - Funeral 2004 I haven't delved into Kate Bush's back catalogue yet, nor have I got round to listening to the others I have omitted [despite having 'Ys' and 'In The Aeroplane Over The Sea' downloaded]. Whilst I do like 'Illinois', I don't find it as incredible as all the reviews seem to indicate...though I have only sat down and listened to it in full once, and I'm guessing it's better listened to as a whole. Homogenic is my favourite Bjork album, for sure <3 It's just lush; there isn't a single track I dislike. You've chosen the best 2 Modest Mouse albums, definitely, although I would have them the other way round. And good to see Arcade Fire there - 'Funeral' is in my top 5 albums of all time :)
October 30, 200816 yr You need to listen to ALL of them tbh. :smoke: You'd like them all. I'll have to raid the Tube of You in that case :o I do utterly heart Tristan though :smoke: Dare you to enter it into the BJSC :kink:
March 15, 200916 yr Author You like Sufjan Stevens Nick? :o Did not expect that. It's fabulous though.
