Norma, you said this time around they wouldnt sell out that quick and look what happened.. some dates were sold out in MINUTES and they added 4 extra dates:

I honestly thought that with them being stadium dos, hence more tickets in one go, they'd take longer to sell. Having said that ... have you looked on Ebay right now - within minutes they were up there! There has to be a fairer way around this.

Has anyone here ordered tickets from GigsandTours.com? If so, have you had your confirmation email yet? I'm trying to get ones for my mum and I've had the page up saying I've ordered them but still no email yet :(

I've just found out that our seats for the Saturday Old Trafford Cricket Ground concert are front row!

Yippee!

Norma

Yes I do realise we'll still be some distance from Gaz, Mark, Howie and Jay .... but at least we'll have seats as well!

Norma, that is cool! :cheer:

You should have fun on behalf of those who cannot come to UK and write here a long review!

I am really really shocked that they sold so much so quick! (ok so did Oasis, but that i understand lot less  , hihi).I found BonJovi and REM tickets long after they were put on the market. I think here in Germany we are not so dynamic :naughty: ...(perhaps only at TokioHotel, but nowhere in my life I would go to see them live :teresa: ).

Thanks Iris (Teresa?)

Tickets always come up nearer the dates, that's why I wasn't really too bothered about not getting any today - I certainly wasn't going to let it spoil the rest of my day like it did last year!

Does anyone know how much time did it take to sell out Croke? I've heard the majority of tickets went in SECONDS.

I didn't know it was sold out ... I have to be honest - I doubted they'd be able to sell out Croke.

I knew they would sell it out in a record time. They are not just an average pop band, they are one of the greatest at the moment and people seem to acknowledge it!

...so is croke park sold out??? how many tickets have been sold so far??? has too be like a million ir something!!lol

Well before Croke Park I think the media was saying just over 600,000 but I think it must have been a bit more than this as they're doing 15 stadium dates - with an average of 50,000 each venue that is more like 750,000. Croke holds about 80,000 doesn't it - so I'd say it has to be more than 800,000 they will have played to at the end of it.
