Great review Ryan. You've got me SO hyped LOL.

I've got to say though I didn't realise Jim Broadbent was in this and he isn't the sort of actor I'd envisaged to play Horace whatsoever. Not that I'm doubting his abilities, I just had a different actor type in mind. I'm quite interested to see if I agree with you with regards to him.

Cheers Jark.

Yup having Jim certainly sacrifices the image of Slughorn. It's a shame but overall definitely makes up for it having such an actor take the role!

Here Here! One of the few doubts I have against the film. :( But I'm not to fussed tbh, as I don't like the character that much.

Ahhh, can't wait. Less than one week! :cheer: Got tickets for the 12:04am showing on Wednesday!!
Behind the Magic was really good, but the interviews that Ben did seemed a bit awkward. :/ I think I might re watch all the HP films before Wednesday and if I get round to it, re read HBP. Cannot wait now! :w00t:

I AM SEEING THIS TOMORROW AT MIDNIGHT AND MY EXCITEMENT CANNOT BE DESCRIBED WITH WORDS.

Lol :D

Hope you enjoy it!

I'm going again at the weekend :cheer:

There is actual REAL Oscar talk for HBP now

I wish I could watch it at midnight :( but what with work and rush hour traffic I just can't make it back in time to line up for decent seats. So my best friend and I got tickets for tomorrow's showing at noon and I couldn't be more excited! I reread everything and I'm totally ready to watch HBP!
Harry Potter has conjured up a record-breaking witching hour.

Warner Bros. says "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" took in $22.2 million domestically from midnight screenings. That breaks the record set by another Warner blockbuster, "The Dark Knight," which grossed $18.5 million from midnight showings last summer.

The sixth installment in the "Harry Potter" franchise also topped the midnight haul of this year's biggest hit, "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen." The "Transformers" sequel pulled in $16 million from midnight screenings on its first day in June.

And the new adventure of the teen wizard raked in $10 million more from midnight screenings than part five, "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix."

Wow! :cheer:

Bunked half of school to watch it!

It's amazing. Best Potter film yet! Their is a good balance of humour, yet darkness throughout the movie. Rupert Grint and the girl that plays Lavender Brown are excellent. Shame, as again Daniel Radcliff's acting certainly hasn't really improved, same as Emma Wattsons, although Daniel does have his moments! Some things,

like I was still shocked when Dumbledoor died, even though I knew it was coming. The Burrow attack scene, utterly pointless.

It's basically a shortened/"dumbed" down version of the book, which is better for those who have never read the book, but I hope that the Deathly Hallows aren't scripted in the same way. Either way though, 9/10.

The Weasly twins are going to be on the Norwegian premiere the 17th :w00t:

I was disappointed, I was expecting so much more, I think it was probably the worst film so far, where was the action?
