Is the re-release definately happening in the UK? I thought this was for USA

Here in Holland the re-release (without the Gaga collab) has just been released.

The re-release of the Platinum Edition with the remix of Video Phone will be released in the USA only. Video Phone will be released as an EP single in December worldwide.
