Why are her songs not doing well there? :(

Not sure really... the album did reasonably well over here, but sales were down overall on Amarantine I think, but the two singles have completely bombed...

Today I received a mail from Enya.com saying that is official the 3st single My My Time Flies!

It was supposedly released this week... f***ed up big time unfortunately.

I would really like to see a video for it.

im hoping this charts in ireland this week on downloads alone or even the album to rocket up the charts after the late late show performance,this deserves to be a huge hit in the uk also but sadly enya does not do well at all with singles anymore

I got the same email. I love love love the cover. Get this: my brother loves MMTF. He's not really an Enya fan either. I mean, he likes OT and WC, the catchy Enya songs, but that's about it. So I think that MMTF has hit potential. I don't think Warner will do anything good for it though. -_-

if they would promote it properly it could do very well and a big hit single would be a great help to the album

thats why I dont understand Warner of being against who help them to promote and support a artist,it should be warner doing that work.

i agre but lately so many records companies are getting so lazy regards promotion,they want the huge sales but dont do much to help achieve it

Shame it flopped... her performance on the Alan Titchmarsh show did boost album sales in the UK slightly though, and it went back into the top 75.

Yeah will have boosted sales slightly. Not sure what overall worldwide sales are currently though.

I think she sold over 2,000,000 here in the states....don't quote me on that, though. :lol:

Don't worry, I won't, G....I also have the single in my collection...sent to me, indirectly, by a friend....I've seen a few on eBay, at reasonable prices, too, of late

Yes....the copy I wound up with ran about 35.00 USD, if I remember rightly....and G's right, I'm still seeing copies, every so often, for the single, around 15-20 USD.....
