Readers will be able to listen to a song per day from Enya exclusively on Independent.ie from next Wednesday.

Ooh that's not bad at all. :o Although the Irish readers will only get two 'exclusive' listens to the songs before the album is released anyway, so it all seems a bit pointless tbh. :lol: I might listen, or I might wait until I can listen to the album in full. I seem to remember when Amarantine was released a few of the songs appeared on some Warner site and I began to wish I'd waited until the whole album could be listened to before I listened to individual songs.

Yeah I listened to samples for Amarantine and regretted it. I'm determined to wait this time around. I have watched the EPK video so heard some brief snippets but I'm not listening to any more. A friend in America has emailed me 'Dreams are more precious' but I've resisted listening. I'm also not listening to the sample of 'White is in the winter night' which I know is out there.

Where did you hear the samples Gloria? :o I might listen, but I don't tend to like hearing only samples really! If the album leaks in full before November 10th however... :naughty:

White Is In The Winter Night is my favorite so far. :wub: However, if we went by the EPK, O Come O Come Emmanuel just beats that out for first place. :heart:

Just watched the video on the Independant site - great to hear the previews and I'm really liking the sound of this album! :D

By listening to all songs in the video,I have made my favorites,my favorites are the full album,my god I just loved to see Enya working the "Coral in One" with Nicky on Oiche Chiuin I love the sound,and loved Last Time by Moonligh,and love Spirits of the Christmas Past,and loved............................................... this album its Enya at her best,a real masterpiece.

One Toy Soldier sounds like an interesting piece... not sure what to make of that yet! Overall though it sounds absolutely stunning.

Ok guys, I feel like a big, mushy, weepy fangirl. Some of those songs actually brought real tears to my eyes. I dunno... Christmas has always been my favorite holiday, maybe that's it. But I NEVER cry at songs! :o

 

That interview is awesome. I especially loved seeing Enya and Nicky in the studio actually doing stuff. Awesome! B) This has been the best album release ever. I can't believe how much stuff we're getting to see and hear before the release. Amarantine was nothing like this! :wub:

 

So I guess this is the song by song interview that is being included on iTunes? It seems likely. I hope so, because now I don't have to worry about how I'm going to get that interview. :D

I wonder why they didn't include My! My! Time Flies and Stars and Midnight Blue. :huh:

That video stopped working after about 75% of it had played for me. :( Was interesting though all the same. ^_^
