A very insincere smile and looks like he's got a hunchback. Awful truly awful!

Has anyone else had problems with DeAgostini? I've finally got shot of them - had to take them to small claims court first to get all my money back- beware they are a bunch of crooks in my opinion.

Yes i have had problems with them too. Trying to get money from me for something i hadn't had, and also sending me binders that were all creased and ruined and expecting me to pay for them in that state. I finished with them earlier on in the year. They were threatning to take me to court for money i didn't even owe them, and the amount was £13. :angry:

I'm still having them, but I noticed on my last credit card statement they'd charged me for a delivery that I hadn't received. I phoned up and they've said it must have got lost and they're sending them out to me again. We'll have to see if I receive it :unsure: If not, I shall be onto them again.

 

As for the pic, not one of my faves and you're right, he does look he has a hunchback :o

They were ok with me at first, i got most of my magazines on time and everything, then they started charging me for stuff i hadn't recieved and because i didn't pay them they sent me threatning letters. So i cancelled the whole thing. I never got to finish my collection either. :(

Thanks Lesley, I shall certainly be watching out for them. I was tempted to cancel it but I'm so close to the end now. However, if they mess me about, I shall.

I know, i was disappointed i didn't get to finish mine. And those bloomin binders are a nightmare. :lol:

I've been through all of this with them Carole they told me three times that replacements had been sent out and they never arrived. Eventually as I've said I had to take them to court. Beware

I'm really glad you let me know the troubles you've had with them, Martin. It's true what they say : Fore warned is fore armed. If I don't receive the missing parcel this week, I shall be onto them straightaway ;) Won't give them another chance.
