I've put this in Pop but although there are definite rock/hip hop undertones, the track has a pop appeal, which makes it difficult to pigeon hole - however feel free to move it if you feel it necessary. Rudolf is a 25 y/o music producer from New York who has just been described as the new 'Timbaland', debut single "Let It Rock" has blown up across the Atlantic in America where it currently resides in their Top 10, having an impressive chart run of 85-45-33-21-15-{5}-7-7-7-7*

 

 

The single is released here in the UK by Universal/Island records on December 29, with the debut album In The City to follow on January 6, 2009.

Yes, obviously... although I'd say it's quite obvious that if I really dislike a song I'd think it awful. No?

 

Surely you don't deny this is generic central? He might as well not even have a name (especially since his is so ridiculous!) - he's just a puppet churning out the 'in' electro-pop&b which tens of females do so much better.

 

This IS intensely generic.

I understand using Awful (Didn't mean to put that in there :lol:) But EVERYTHING you seem to dislike, seems to be "generic". I can't quite see how it is generic tbh. I can't think of a song it sounds similar too or sounds the same as, at all.

Maybe so, but just because it's electroR&B doesn't mean it sounds like any of the above you mentioned! It's completely different and I can't see any similarities between any of them tbh. They all sound totally different and I could EASILY identify which songs they were!
