Posted November 7, 200816 yr Sorry if already posted! Take That On X Factor Cancel all your plans for the evening of Saturday 22nd November - Take That will be performing live on the X Factor! The band's performance with Leona Lewis in 2006 was one of the highlights of the show, and this year the guys are taking to the stage once more, performing 'Greatest Day'. Don't miss it!
November 8, 200816 yr I thought Rhydian was supposed to be on 22nd November (I didn't even know TT were doing X-Factor this year). Norma
November 8, 200816 yr But they do have a new TV special coming up too in November / December - http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showb...icle1903144.ece Yes I know its the Sun - but the Manchester Evening News ran the same story a few weeks back so I'm assuming it is true! Norma
November 8, 200816 yr Well I got official notification from Polydor that TT are on on the 22nd last night! Maybe they're duetting with Rhydian? Norma
November 8, 200816 yr Author I hope not!!!!! TT are way better. CANT WAIT too see my Jason!!! Mariah was awful this week!
November 8, 200816 yr that a great time to perform as that s ahuge week for selling albums and they will get a huge boost from that,,with the way x factor is going they will end up dueting with daniel!! i agree mariah was terrible tonight,,she was the worst of the special guests so far
November 8, 200816 yr I've just put a link in the sound & vision of the EMA performance. It's really good quality - the official MTV coverage. Norma
November 9, 200816 yr The downside is that it looks like the BBC have thrown their toys out of the pram. If this is true they don't like the fact that Take That are doing X-Factor as well - so they've dropped them from Strictly. http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/news/66619...ot-welcome.html It is the NOTW though so is probably a load of cobblers - besides surely if they drop them from Strictly because they're appearing on X-Factor - they should if they stick to their principles - drop them from Children in Need. Norma
November 9, 200816 yr i doubt that is the case as both shows know they are a draw to both shows and both can gain from it aswell as take that themselves
November 9, 200816 yr Apparently Same Difference are appearing on X Factor on 22nd November... confusing indeed.
November 9, 200816 yr Apparently Same Difference are appearing on X Factor on 22nd November... confusing indeed. Tis very confusing indeed. Personally I hope Take That don't do it! I think the Children In Need performance is all I want to see up until their own Christmas Special they've got coming in December - otherwise its going to be Take That overkill! They've already been booted off Strictly! Mind you ... I think that may something to do with Gary saying he preferred Dancing on Ice! Norma
November 9, 200816 yr x factor is better to appear on than strictly,,x factor is watched by music fans who will buy the music that isnt always the case with strictly so id love them to do x factor and children in need then dancing on ice later on next year
November 9, 200816 yr x factor is better to appear on than strictly,,x factor is watched by music fans who will buy the music that isnt always the case with strictly so id love them to do x factor and children in need then dancing on ice later on next year Have you read what Gary said about Dancing on Ice in the Observer Monthly Music mag? So funny ... but I actually believe him. Norma
November 9, 200816 yr This is interesting! If true and someone sings RTW - the song could well be back in the top 20 in the run-up to Christmas! http://www.mightyv.com/program_info/453885/2954 Norma
November 10, 200816 yr well next week is the best of british so hopefully someone does take that,,and that indeed would rocket a take that song up the chart preferably rule the world
November 10, 200816 yr X-Factor, 22nd November: The six remaining X Factor competitors aim to please the public and the judges, Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole, as they tackle the Take That songbook, before the group itself takes to the stage to perform its brand new single.
