28th June 2006 (Provisional Date): Murrayfield

3rd July 2006 (Provisional Date): City of Manchester Stadium

6th July 2006 (Provisional Date): Wembley Stadium

19th July 2006 (Provisional Date): Millennium Stadium, Cardiff
