November 11, 200816 yr What does "yee-haw hoe-down feel" mean? What do you think Norma about the Star recension? Is it a good one? (ehhh, i really start to be paranoical  ). EDIT: I forgot Norma to thank you for writting this recension here! I somehow dread the release of album (becouse of the chart and the high expectation the media and people have on TT) but also i cannot wait to have it (because i love the snippets i heard!) I still think the album will do fantastically well ... just that it probably may not sell as well as Beautiful World. I'm certain it will still sell 2 million by the end of 2009. I think I was being a bit pessimistic about the single too ... competition will be tough - especially towards Christmas but I think GD will still manage a week at number 1 - and the album several weeks at number 1. November 12, 200816 yr Friggin' hell! Another bloody charity record released the same day as Take That's (and Simon Cowell is behind this one too!) George Sampson (Singing In The Rain dancer from Britain's Got Talent) is releasing some sh/te with proceeds to go to Great Ormond Street Hospital. Norma
November 12, 200816 yr That is sooo mehhhh  . I just hope that people will learn that the best way to give is to give directly and not buying some random song ...I hope at least that the whole amount goes to charity and not some 30% <_< .... Ok, i see that the chances are slimmer for TT to take a lead position on chart  ... *off to see once again the M&S ad*

Ok, i see that the chances are slimmer for TT to take a lead position on chart  ... *off to see once again the M&S ad* I think the UK is just unique in its stupid nature of buying any old sh/te just because it has the name 'charity' attached to it. This time round though it is especially obscene as I'm certain Simon Cowell is once again attached to it. This 'Hero' rubbish - number 1 because of its association with the British Forces charity. It has raised £1 million. If only the stupid idiots buying had realised if they gave the money they spent on the cd directly to the British Legion - they would have raised £4 million! Still ... the Simon Cowell Ego Bank is positively bursting at the seams! Norma
November 12, 200816 yr I must confess in Germany we have very seldom charity songs. And I don't think they stirr to much  . I don't like to buy something because it have the "charity" stamp over it. I feel bad and egoistic that I will receive something for the money I give. That is for me no charity feeling. Charity is to give and don't receive something "material" for it IMO....

November 12, 200816 yr Damn, the songs at play.com were not all in the right order. No wonder that i find "The Garden" strange  Or the german site have the order strange  . They don't fit with the other  .... Or my brain doesn't function at the moment . Which I think is the case :P EDIT: my brain was in reboot. The songs fit when you listen more to them :D  B) . Sorry for the confusion. I will try not to write here after 12 in the night! Edited November 12, 200816 yr by IrisAlbastru

November 13, 200816 yr Thank you , Norma. Not a very fine birthday (that is my luck every year to be alone on my birthday). So I come here to cheer myself :naughty: . So, what do you think now Norma? I think "Up all night" goes to be my fav ....

November 13, 200816 yr Yes, that's the same link my friend sent to me and don't you guys think that the album sound fantastic? Apparently "The Garden" is not Mark's solo as we all thought. They all share vocals on this song for the first time ever, i guess.
November 13, 200816 yr How Did It Come To This I was pleasantly surprised by Jason's vocal ability. Never knew he can hit those high notes..
November 13, 200816 yr So far I like Said It All and How Did It Come To This - but I like them all. Norma How did it comes to this is till now not on my fav list ... i think i don't like how high Jason sings. He doesn't need it, he has a lovely voice and it doesn't suit him. I love the chorus from The Garden! But the two bits from Mark and Howard seems to be two different songs  . "Hold up a light" is also very surprising in chorus. At the first listen, i didn't like it and now i adore it . I really like Howar's songs on this album. On BW i liked only Mancunian Way, but i hated BW... He sings what it suits his vice (do i get a false impression or it's true that he has the smallest range on his voice from all TT? I don't speak about falsetto, but about the normal voice). Hurra for Hello! Very 70' . I adore it! With "Up all night" by far my fav songs till now! :w00t: I cannot make my mind about Julie. Must hear the song in full now  . The Circus was the biggest disapointing. I loved the beginning and I hate the chorus. Why must all male singers sing so high???? It grates on my nerves  . The othe songs I have to hear them in full to make my mind .
