I've loved this series so far but that was one of the weakest episdoes this year IMO.

i dont think it was THAT bad guys, i enjoyed it, not as much as the last episode though.

I thought LaFleur was the best episode yet. It was entirely character driven but in a mythology based scenario. We were long overdue a Sawyer centric.

There was a lot of mythology in it, and as you say it was very character driven by Sawyer and Juliet especially, but the Sawyer + Juliet relationship just seemed to be as cheesy as anything for me. I think after the last 3 episodes I was wanting another heavy, fast paced episode (as those are my favourites) but this was entirely different.

 

But the things I REALLY did enjoy about the episode were Miles (seriously, he makes me LOL) and the how good the left behinders look in comparison to the O6. They believed that they'd come back, but it took them 3 years to come back, and the only reason they came back was because they were washed up. Sawyer, Juliet, Jin, Miles and Daniel look v.good in comparison to the O6. I bet in the next episode one of the first questions Sawyer asks is where is Locke, and when they tell him he's "dead" Sawyer's going to be majorly pissed at them...

 

I'm still a little confused about why the island wanted to O6 back though? I don't think it's to save them from the Dharma times, but there's definitely some huge-end game coming up.

I think it is good episode. At first it seems complicated, but at the end some things are clear. But, not too much, because in Lost you never know what comes next. :lol:

The statue was good. :o It was very interesting and suprising to see. At first I thought it was some woman, but everyone is saying that it was an Egyptian statue, which would make v.good sense as there were a lot of Egyptian references throughout the episode, and through the show.

i know when we saw the four toes it was on the Northern side of the island, but im not sure where abouts this is from where they were when they saw it.

Yeah it's a shame about the 2 weeks, but ABC will want the finale to hit the May Sweeps so that it gets bigg ratings.

OMG the latest episode was the best so far! And (I don't know if somebody told it already) I think the baby that was born on the island is Ben. Or is it impossible? I am not too attentive to details :P

 

Amazing twist! Doubt the next one is as good as this one. But anyway I can't wait! 2 weeks is too long :drama:

OK, so I've kind of being wondering where this season is heading. I mean, in all the other seasons you sort of have a vague idea where the story is going. S1 was going to be getting into the hatch, S2 was going to be not pressing the button, S3 was going to be a showdown with the Others, S4 was going to be the O6 getting off the island.

I left Lost during series 3 although I did read up on it before 4 started, watched an ep and that was it.

 

Now Ive heard so many good things about Season 5 and the trailers all look stunning.

 

Could I skip 4 and start 5 now and follow it or could someone lovely give me the main pointers if possible?!

You can't watch season 5 without watching season 4.

 

S4 is pretty good. A few duff episodes, but some ace ones too.

 

The title of the finale sounds so good too. I'm betting a certain character causes it too...
