Posted November 11, 200816 yr Top ten for Enya, just below Mariah Carey at #8... so Enya is either #9 or #10. From what I gather though it's pretty tight in there, so hopefully she can keep selling throughout the week and stay top ten! When Amarantine was released I remember she started at #10 on Tuesday but rose to #8 by Sunday, so hopefully we'll see something similar this year! The GMTV appearance on Thursday should prompt a few viewers to go out there and buy it too! Full report is in UK Chart Chat on this site.
November 12, 200816 yr She was number 10 in the tuesday mids. I will tell you where she is now when today's mids are in ;)
November 13, 200816 yr Author I hope she can climb or at least stay at #7 tomorrow - a higher placing than Amarantine would be nice. :D
November 13, 200816 yr Author #7 still today which is great. ^_^ A top ten placing is near-guaranteed now and this morning's GMTV performance should propel it slightly, and tomorrow's CIN appearances should do well for the album too. :D
November 13, 200816 yr Also #6 Japanese Midweeks! The gorgeous single is at #12 on the Japanese radio airplay chart. Smash!
November 13, 200816 yr I hope she can climb or at least stay at #7 tomorrow - a higher placing than Amarantine would be nice. :D Enrique is in front of her I think she can move ahead of him :cheer:
November 15, 200816 yr Author I hope she can get above Enrique... he proper doesn't warrant a greatest hits album! :heehee:
