I like Dr Luke, I think Circus and Shattered Glass are amazing :) I agree on Mannequin, but unfortunately a lot of people seem to be loving it too

Im really annoyed at the overproduction of Mannequin.

That fanmade instrumental was great, it should of ben exactly like that instrumental with hard hitting beats and the whistle being loud and more frequent.

Vocally the 'I like it and I do what I like, And if do what I like, then you’ll like it' bit should of been made louder and more chaotic Freakshow/Radar sounding.

The producers definately need a tutorial in producing music.

Amnesia and Phonography are great! :o Why on earth are they bonus tracks?!

Ok, I've JUST finished listening for the first time, heres what I think so far -

 

In order of best to worst -

 

1.Rock Me In - 10/10 - Loving this one, god knows why its a bonus track

2.Womanizer - 10/10 - probably only this high as I've listened to it alot

3.Kill The Lights - 10/10 - really love this!

4.Phonography - 9.5/10 - bonus track? tut tut

5.Amnesia - 9.5/10 - again why is this a bonus track?

6.If You Seek Amy - 9.5/10 - I can see this becoming a favourite

7.Circus - 9/10 - really like it, probabaly a good 2nd single choice

8.Lace and Leather - 8/10

9.Unusual You - 7.5/10 - really like it but not as good as I expected from what people where saying

10.Mannequin - 7/10 - not as bad as people are saying, but the random noises are irratating

11.Shattered Glass - 7/10

12.My Baby - 6.5/10 - at first I was thinking I'm gonna love this, but it goes nowhere kinda drags on

13.Out From Under - 6.5/10 - she sounds good but its nothing special

14.Mmm Papi - 5.5/10 - yeah its not great, but could be a grower

15.Blur - 3/10 - boring, hope it grows on me

Radar new version is hardly different, well I can't tell anyways, but I'd rate it 11/10 completley shows how good Blackout was!

 

Good album overall, alot of them need to grow on me though, still I find it funny that the 3 bonus tracks are in my top 5!

Amnesia isn't available with the iTunes versions of the album... but it's available in HMV... :unsure: So... does that mean HMV have it wrong? :cry:

So I am getting my friend who has a carbon copy of my tatses to review the album...

 

And apparently all the bonus tracks were going to be scrapped by Jive, but Britney and Larry insisted they were put on the album somehow...go Britters if that's true!

Here is what I will PROBABLY think of the album. :rofl:

 

Womanizer: Just a small taste of what this album has to offer. 8.5/10

 

Circus: Fierce lyrics and I love her vocals in the song espessically in the bridge. I see it being a huge 2nd single. I hope the video does the song justice but I am sure it will.9.5/10

 

Out From Under: not as good as Everytime but still a really beautiful song. Britney may not have the best voice but I love her voice and she sings from the heart.8/10

 

Kill the Lights: A great club banger. Probably the song that resembles blackout the most 10/10

 

Shattered Glass: I like that its a short song...its just bam in your face and its cathy as hell with all those "ooooooooooooooh"s 9/10

 

If U Seek Amy: One of the catchiest songs on the album. Even though shes singing F.U.C.K me it doesn't sound trashy....the song is really fun one of my favorites on the album 10/10

 

Unusual You: This is such a beautiful song I am in love with it. Some really amazing lyrics and her voice has so much emotion in it...its really moving. I need this song to be a single 10/10

 

Blur: same concept as Early Morning. Decent song, I like it, but its not a standout track. 8/10

 

Mmm Papi: I don't get why a lot of people don't like this song. I really love it a lot. Its such a fun song and u can tell she had a lot of fun with it. 8.5/10

 

Mannequin: Its taking a while to grow on me. I liked it in the clip that was released in september. For some reason I can't tell what shes saying for a lot of parts in the song. It will grow on me though I am sure.8.5/10

 

Lace and Leather: I love the beat...it reminds me of a Prince song. Really cool lyrics and overall a great song 7.5/10

 

My Baby: not the most amazing song but its cute and from the heart8/10

 

Rock Me In: decent bonus track8.5/10

 

Phonography: I hated it at first but its a cool song8/10

 

Amnesia: probably my favorite bonus track. It reminds me of another song but I can't figure out which one.9/10
