November 14, 200816 yr Author I agree. I don't hear anything as amazing as Blackout. But I remember when I heard the snippets for Blackout, I wasn't overly impressed on first listen. You really have to hear the songs in full (the chorus, the breakdowns, the intro to the songs) to really appreciate them. I will keep an open mind to it til I hear it a few times in full. I agree. I don't think anyone can truthfully compare this to her to her albums on only 30 second clips and with just hearing them for the first couple of times. You got to let the tracks settle in ETC. I'm so f***ing excited!

November 14, 200816 yr The clips are still on Amazon - clicky. Circus sounds decent but not mind-blowing and not a Dr Luke classic... Out From Under so absolutely lovely. I'm quite sure it'll be a fave of mine. Kill The Lights we already know. It's decent. Shattered Glass sounds really cute. A little bit old-school Brit. If U Seek Amy could be a LOT better. It's just rubbish... no melody. Great lyrics though. Unusual You is absolutely brilliant. This will be my favourite. The chorus is fucking wonderful. Blur sounds dull, but I feel they may have clipped a boring but judging by the end of the clip. Mmm Papi is a much-needed burst of excitement! Really like the sound of this. Mannequin sounds naff as anything. Reject quality. Lace And Leather - talk about clipping a silly bit? Hmm. Sounds jazzy and funky. My Baby sounds a bit dated... uneventful as well. Well I'm fully prepared to go into listening to the whole album with an open mind since I quite want to love it, but these clips do suggest another part-filler part-killer affair. It seems she may not have managed to pull off a filler-less album yet. Can't WAIT to hear Unusual You in full though! And Shattered Glass/Mmm Papi.
