The single was released digitally to iTunes and other digital stores on August 19th and director Kevin Kerslake shot a video for it. This song is supposedly about labor violations occuring in China. A limited physical version of the single was released on 7' vinyl and can be obtained exclusively by pre ordering 'Appeal To Reason'. The version also includes a b-side 'Minor Threat' which is a cover of the defunct hardcore punk band with the same name. The single became Rise Against's highest charted single to date. Currently peaking at #3 on the Billboard Modern Rock Chart. The previous record holder was held by their single 'The Good Left Undone' from their previous album which peaked at #6. It is also their first song to appear on the Hot Mainstream Rock Chart. The song appears on the game Guitar Hero World Tour and has been used in TV spots for the MyNetworkTV premiere of WWE Friday Night Smackdown.
