I don't think our media care one bit whether he's a decent sort. They just want to knock him. There's so much about bullying in schools but that's the way so much of our media outlets behave all the ime.

We're the ones who feel that. It doesn't seem remotely just.

 

Darius knows that life is a journey with many twists and turns and he doesn't have any hang ups about it. He probably has it in proportion because far worse things happened to his father and his relatives who remained in Iran.

Hayley Evetts is still going around in the music business. I really liked her voice.

She toured for a long, long time in Grease. I'm pretty sure that Thriller show is due in is due in Glasgow soon. I didn't fancy the show at all but if Hayley's doing the Glasgow leg of the tour I might go after all.

For whatever reasons half truths seem to abound in the media's reporting about Darius. Some day I'm sure there will be an item about Darius which is totally accurate.

I'd be amazed. I didn't thing they even went for half accurate. I still like 'Live Twice' and it was good to watch it again.

 

My walls are covered in mosquitos as well now.

Darius gets a mention again on DS. Someone asked what he sang on movie night of pop idol. Its nice to know someone replied it was Baby can I hold you and it wasnt one of us. Loved him singing that song.

It seems a long time since we heard him sing that one live. It does have happy memories.

The trouble is all we have at the moment are happy memories. Surely there must be some news soon. Sue

But at least we have those. Lots of people never get to discuss or even talk over things with the people they support. I suppose we just want more. (Me? would I ever want more of Darius gigs?)
