She's getting an incredible amount of publicity at the moment - a 10 minute spot on GMTV just now .... some 'expert' showing clips of her incredible comeback. They were talking about the X Factor - but it is expected she won't sing live - or at the very least there will be mountains of backing tracks! Well ... the contestants use them so I'd say that's fair! Norma

To be honest ... they're a bit mean all over - The Mirror - I don't think they've given any album they've reviewed this week more than three stars! Norma

November 28, 200816 yr I'm glad the reviews are pretty good overall, I'm really looking forward to this album. The only thing bugging me is the way the reviews say things like "who knew the dancers could sing?" Well... last I heard, Never Forget was mainly by Howard as were two songs on the BW album. Jason sang a song on there too. My favourite is Gary but it bothers me that others can be dismissed so easily when the band is made up of 4 members that all give it their all.

That always gets me too - Howard has a really nice voice as does Jason. I can't comment on Mark's voice as there are songs that ONLY Mark's voice will do as the voices of Gary, Howard and Jason just wouldn't do the trick. I don't think Mark's voice is good on ballads though ... and Babe is one of the worst songs I've ever heard (the writing - sorry Gary - and the singing.) The people who make comments about 'the dancers' have never been to one of their shows or never even watched a DVD of the shows. By the way - welcome to the TT forum (have you posted here before?) I have the deluxe version (LOL), but is lovely and has also Here (Here is not on the normal version). The artwork is funny, some nice surprises (for me) in the songwriter area. Very lovely done, really "deluxe" feeling, some nice fotos from recording! I will write next days at my review, but will be a long one, as I have (like always) also some negative nit-picking :naughty: but a lot more of good things :yahoo: ... "Up all night" is now official my favourite on ths album and I will hate TT forever if they don't release it as the next single!!!!
