Both true. I'm pretty sure GA will still be top 10 tomorrow. With any luck they will hae climbed. Their weekend sales should be high.

The Sats third release in its second week was 6 places higher and there album is more than 10 places higher now.

 

They only had a massive hit with "The Promise" because that chav Cheryl Cole was getting mega-exposure from the X-factor and performing on it.

 

Once she was off the X Factor they had there biggest flop in there chart history yet not a coincidence I dont think :lol:

 

I predict they would have been dropped by now without the geordie skanks x factor stint.

POINTLESS, and so untrue, they would have been dropped this year had Cheryl not been on the X factor?

 

Now, I dont believe her X Factor stint even improved sales, maybe slightly for TP, but because they performed the song on the show as a group, not because she was a judge on the show - didn't help Dannii's single in her first year, did it? BUT, even if this were the case - and the only reason sales were high was because of her, they would NOT have been dropped, have the Sugababes with their album? No. Has Dido with her low selling album? No.

 

If you're going to make a point and spread negativity, at least make one that's got at least some back bone.

I think the reason The Loving Kind "flopped" (top 10 ain't bad), is mainly because of timing. Had they sent this out with a big push after Christmas I have a feeling it would've done better. As it is, it's been around since before Christmas with people's interest dipping and peaking over 2 months now.

Added with the fact the girls are off for two months at the moment and havent done any promotion since before Xmas!

The only reason they ever got on the X factor was because of that W.A.G Cheryl being a judge, "The Promise" and "Out Of Control" were released when she was getting maximum exposure on that show. And now she is off it album is plummeting and 2nd single FLOP.

 

And seriously GA have nowhere near the album sales of Dido and the Babes you lot are the thick ones :drama: :lol:

Of course it doesnt that coupled with W.A.G Cheryl being on the show which gave her major exposure obviously.

 

And all the press she got her for her skanky husband.

 

Now all thats over back to there usual mediocrity sales wise ^_^
