Slovenia are a fabulous Eurovision country actually. I'm a little disappointed by them this year, but in 2001-2008 they had awesome songs that usually did very badly :(

For me Slovenia didn't really stand out of the crowd consisted of Ukraine, Malta (except 2006 - :puke: ), Sweden, Norway, Isreal and probably my 2 favourite ESC countries - Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina :wub:

Sweden gonna make this final again this year...but in the final I exptec a la Perelli result :)

Well it's the same writer, but it's not Sweden-by-numbers, it's more original. I think it would be fair for them to get op 10.

Well I was miles off with my prediction but I don't care; I'm ecstatic at the result!

 

No quality of TV broadcast can match how awesome La Voix was in the hall (oh yes I forgot to mention, we managed to get tickets for the final at the last minute for less than face value, so we went to both the dress rehearsal and the final!). Also, the tension when Mans scored so low with the public, blowing the whole thing wide open, was unbelievable!

 

Can't really think of much else to say....Malena was on the front of every paper this morning (all 2 of them) with a pull-out devoted to MF...Rich got very involved with the cheering (when Caroline scored highly) and the boo-ing (when she didn't)...

 

Now that we have all the entries I'm still backing Alexander for the win, but Malena should ease into the top ten and deservedly so.

 

Oh!!! And I met Petra in the lift at the hotel after the show, as well as Christer Bjorkman ^_^

I will go to Sweden next year. f*** the Uni. f*** everything. I'm too jealous.

I know, I must go too. At least it will be easier to travel when I move down south...
