IUC has learned legendary Dire Straits frontman and virtuoso producer Mark Knopfler believes he can bring Shania Twain back to the top of the charts. Shanias working with a new producer but is considering bringing on Knopfler to make sure the album goes smooth, a friend of Shania told IUC. He recently told colleagues how he believes Shania is the most gifted singer in the world. He thinks he can make her bigger than Britney, Christina and even Celine. It could be quite the collaboration.

Yeah, but that guy isn't that successful, I find his music rather boring, so I hope it's not true.
