I don't think that if that is true, TT will not know it (ok, Mark is always very naive, can he think something bad about someone?). Gary and Howard are not. Perhaps that is way Howard does say nothing (and when he did, he was not very positive about a reunion). Jason is the sentimenatl typ, i think: just because Robbie was part of the "family" should be once again. But does TT have other option as saying "Welcome Robbie"? I think not: the press would tear them down if they do that. Media outside UK would be totally negative as they love Robbie. So they must welcome him back :naughty: .

 

Robbie does need the love of TT only for UK. In the other countries they don't give a cent if he is friend with them or not. Expect his album to be no 1 in all countries, without Robbie moving his little finger - take a look at the bad promotion of Britney. It will be the same (that drive me a little mad, but if the people are as .... as they are, their own fault!).

 

I only wish that Robbie will show fair-play, regardless if he is genuine about liking TT or not and help TT after he relaunch his massive carriere. Well as I do believe that TT aren't really going to push hard for success in Europe I don't see why they need to keep the offer open - they'll always do well in the UK - especially without him! Who knows ... when they do split up again (and they will if Rob came back) ... Mark could become one of the backing musicians / singers in Robbie's shows. Maybe that is Rob's goal - to poach Mark - he'd double his fan-base then. To be honest ... maybe that is what most of Europe would like - Robbie with Mark as permanent backing singer. :lol:

 

I've highlighted the bit about Rob's voice because for me it is average at best :lol: - certainly not beautiful - Gary's is far better than Rob's (as in fact all of Take That are).

I like Robbie's voice the most! But I don't like his songs, i bought myself an album, i have also heard another two, sorry, i don't like them... Gary's voice lacks something for me, i like more dramatic voices instead of light lyric voices. Mark's voice is very dramatic (that is way he needs for slow songs a very stripped down version, as the overproduced ones don't make it justice and neutralize the effect) and Robbie's is in between (he can sing anything he wants). So for me a song of Mark with Robbie as solist would be a highlight :yahoo: .

I sometimes think that Gary should move into West End production ... he's got a fabulous voice ... and I really love the track The Circus now (even though it is just his voice - its a beautiful song, well constructed and wouldn't out of place in a Broadway musical.) Mark's voice is great on certain songs - like UAN (which Gary could not have sung lead on) but when I hear Mark's voice on a ballard - I just chuckle ... he sounds like a munchkin! Rob always was and always will be a glorified Karaoke singer.

He's sort of the 'John Wayne' of the music business. John Wayne was and is seen as one of the great personalities of the film world while at the same time being regarded as one of the worst actors of all time. Having said that ... his last film was excellent! Shame about True Grit - getting an Oscar for that pile of c**p!
