Out to lunch. I can see floor in my son's bedroom. I'd forgotten what it looked like. Needs a new carpet..

I should be trying to pull myself together. Cleo, our cat, had to be put to sleep on Friday. I know she was old. nearly sixteen, but I can't stop crying, and I know that's silly, but I really miss her. Sue

They are never old enough to make it easy to let go. you just wouldn't want her to suffer though.

Aww thanx Pam(hug), yeah i'm feeling quite a bit better now thank god, that was awful :( !I'm just so glad that Bri and Chris didn't come down with it too!

A friends 14 month old came down with one of the tummy bugs going around an d is very unhappy. Luckily the parents haven't got it - yet.

Aww i hope he gets better soon Meg,its always worse when thw little ones get ill :(

I should be painting window ledges before going out for coffee and a sticky bun....

had the sticky bun - now just need to wash my hair before going on a mad dash round Kingston looking for cushions.

We didn't - but we found things we weren't looking for and they'll probably be better. The ability to change your ideas is a great asset some times.

I'm having a drinking chocolate. Now I'm wondering what to raid the fridge for. i should have been buying chocolate.

My son's bedroom. There's no use it having a floor if things have just been piled on top of everything and I can't get a second bed in comfortably

I should be checking current prices for Combi boilers. When I got back, the pilot light had gone out on mine and after two failed attempts to relight it, the boiler exploded on the third. I got the emergency engineer in and he's made it safe by isolating the gas so it no longer passes through the boiler.
