Should be making sympathetic noises under the loft door. Husband's banging about up there because something has gone wrong with the overflow. He thought he'd fixed it yesterday, but it went wrong again today. He's not happy! Sue

I should be clearing up after the barbecue. I'll stay here a little longer.

I should be going to water the garden and sort out tea. It's been lovely and sunny again this afternoon. I'll go in a minute. Sue

I should be walking the dog before the sun goes away. I had my first dental checkup for about 10 years and was lucky enough to need nothing doing.

I've just returned from voting.

 

I should be having a lie down I'm shattered...been out all afternoon, done lots of walking.

I should be getting our meal. It should be burning although I'd rather it not and just sit and cook until I go and rescue it.

I should now be getting Mum ready for lunch out.

I should be on my way to see Meg and her mum.
