I haven't bought any yet - thought about it in Tesco this morning but didn't like their selection.

Cards are now written, but people around have now started putting up their christmas trees. :o Apparently this is the weekend for doing so according to the local radio. Sue
I hate getting woodchip off. I hate decorating. You finish and someone comes along and spoils it.

woodchip is terrible to remove....hows it going?

I should be doing the skirting boards and then building my bedframe....

Woodchip has gone forever! It took almost 3 days and it's not a big room. Hope everything is going ok for you. Sue

haven't started yet. Neil's about to arrive home so I've been wrapping Christmas presents

Must at least put some masking tape round....that would be a start

It's bright here today.

Horrible day yesterday. It all went wrong 'plumbing wise'. They were still here at gone 7o'clock trying to sort it out. I need to clean up again. I don't know how everywhere gets so dirty when they are mostly working outside. Sue

At least you have a mattress. You shouldn't be sleeping in a room smelling of paint anyway.

Sue, did the plumber finish?

I've just given Mum her bath and dinner. So really, I should be here.

Need to go and find a bird table for a christmas present. Not sure which kind to buy for the best. Any ideas Meg? Sue

Birdbath's all depend on your garden and surroundings. Any around here have to be in open space and higher than a cat leap. Mind you, then the sparrow hawks find them to be a feeding station.

I should be walking Mum. The trouble is, Dave wants to come with us as I may have caught a virus that makes me too dizzy to stand upright at times. We have to wait for him to get ready. Mum and I may be asleep by then.

Sorry your not feeling too good Meg. It's not menieres, is it? My mum suffered from that. Thanks for the advice. I think I might take Lucy(Mark's girlfriend) with me and then she can choose her own. Sue
The doctor says just stress and ignore it. Next time I fall downstairs I may break something. It may be a reoccuring virus as I had it at Mum's as well.

It's a coincidence, but my mum was in the same situation as you are in now ,with her mum, my gran, when her menieres started and they put that down to the stress she was under as well. Sue

Well, at least they're not saying it's a virus this time. I should be getting the kids to finish their homework.
Lots to do, don't know where to start really, so thought I'd come on here for a while and put it all off. Sue
