My brother arrived tired out. he'd had to sit with two old, fat women one snored, the other talked for the whole flight.

And it'll end up being all the things you could have jotted down over a coffee stretched out to fill the time.

I'm out for lunch. I've 2 days at home and I'm making the most of it.

I hate those waste of time work "talks" and meetings. We have our staff conference this morning. Three hours of sitting there, thinking of all the work I've got to do that I can't be getting on with while managers witter on about future planning that doesn't affect my department anyway.

 

They'd better supply decent cakes at tea time.

It's just the managers' need to get their faces out there so the staff don't forget who they are or think they don't do anything useful.
