January 1, 200916 yr Author "Heavy Rotation was the biggest flop in France, selling under 3000 copies".
January 1, 200916 yr Author whoa! :o When will the third single be released? Most probably March/April time.
January 2, 200916 yr Does anybody feel like what they should do is put out another new album in the Summer with 3 or 4 of the highlights from Heavy Rotation and eight or nine new tracks? Work with Kara, get another Left Outside Alone to launch things, add rockier production to the tracks carried over from HR? Could work :P

Could work :P oooo that could work...but that won't even enter their heads  and she DEFFO needs to work with Kara Dioguardi, Glen Ballard, Dallas Austin and Dave Stuart again Edited January 2, 200916 yr by ~Jax~

Dave Stewart, Glen Ballard, Kara Diogaurdi, Dallas Austin, get some good hits back. What I don't get is, she talks about how she never knew what would come out from Heavy Rotation, which is a blatant lie. With producers like Darkchild, The Heavyweights, JR Rotem she knew full well what music she'd be making, she isn't dumb. She picked out all the producers for the Anastaica album herself, so it wasn't intentional. I don't think we won't get another album till 2010. She's touring all throughout next year, and it'll probs go into '09 (unless she releases then). Oh, and not forgetting she's with a shit company (signed to the same management as Rihanna, so expect hundreds of released singles and re-releases).

That's what I hate about them...but this album does actually need a re-release or what Jark said :P and because there is something that actually needs a re-release they probs won't do one cause they are retarded like that

Why was I Can Feel You released? Because Uni fell in love with the track, and were like, "Uh this is wicked, lets release it and release everything he does on HR".
January 3, 200916 yr Gah, it bugs me. She's a (sp)rock chick, not a bloody R&B ho. Songs like Defeated work well but the majority of the album needs better production. I freaking LOVE I Call It Love but even on that song the production is really restrained; like the strings in the 'I ain't gon' try to escape his sweet presence' bit could be so much louder and more atmospheric. If only Kara got her hands on more of this album...

I freaking LOVE I Call It Love but even on that song the production is really restrained; like the strings in the 'I ain't gon' try to escape his sweet presence' bit could be so much louder and more atmospheric. If only Kara got her hands on more of this album... She did though. She was one of the first producers on board, but by the end of the process there was absolutely no mention of her whatsoever. So I don't know what happened there (I'm sure it was down to the record company). What's sadder is that she's rapidly loosing all reputation and respect, as a singer and person. And what's even more annoying and making her look like a total div at the moment, is some of the stuff she has said this year. The latest one, which the Sun (only just a week late) has picked up on; http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showb...icle2091021.ece
January 3, 200916 yr The press is making it worse than it is, universal (Ana chose kara, she wouldn't drop her) is dropping producers and picking SH*T ones making her reputation of a credible artist go downhill when it doesn't need it, so far bd single choices with bad videos and her getting naked reduced her credibility somewhat more, wayne's fault! the new image doesn't suit her and she can still look mature and special not just boring as sheis now, check out this>> http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=yz2dJMcV_Y0 - beautiful yet elegant and mature. Scrap the album, just tour and promote it with old songs and the good new ones and work on what she wants with the producers she wants for as long as she wants. ive said wants to much.
January 3, 200916 yr Author I wish she still looked like this; http://s5.tinypic.com/107tb9t.jpg She bangs on about being 40, and she's what, 36 in there?! ^
January 3, 200916 yr she looks about 28 there with a strong feeling of style and maturity. i still love her without glasses look, just not now. botox isn't needed and the short curly hair takes agesto do anyway!
January 3, 200916 yr Author And if I've already said this, I'll say it again. 4 years ago today, she had sold 1.1 million copies of the 'Anastacia' album in the UK, with around just under 5 million worldwide. Heavy Rotation has sold 170,000k worldwide.
January 3, 200916 yr I wish she still look like 'Anastacia' era but hell no she isn't and we are not the person who will change that.I so doubt that the company is making her look like a granny so it's her own dessision. The $h!t music is fact and the worst is that we will be listening to that throungt the long tour.It won't be "SC" oppening anymore...the rock of "I do"..maybe even Rearview will be gone forever. The usual hits will be on but most f the song will be like I can feel you and AP which is ;((((((((((((((((((((
January 3, 200916 yr Well we all know that she needs to stick to the sprock sound, but I bet Mercury won't let her pick her own producers tho... I wish someone would say to her that if she loved the Anastacia album so much then why not carry on with the sprock sound...she can do happy sprock songs, and her voice is suited to it way more than this album... and stacey...she did say that she will still do the sprock songs on the tour cause she still loves to sing them ;)
