Posted June 12, 200619 yr We've come a long way during this survivor. There was round 3 - which attracted just 3 votes (grr!) A lot of boring bloc voting with unanimous winners (boo!) The anonymous ballot round - which brought a bit of excitement back into the survivor (cheer!) and then some hotly-contested rounds towards the end. In fact, a single vote has determined the place of every song in the top five (cheer!). But now it's time to pick a winner. Two wonderful duets recorded for her first best-of album will compete for a place in the Ultimate Mariah Survivor. One won an Oscar for Best Original Song. The other was performed by Rosie Robbins on Pop Idol during the 'sing your idol's songs' week. Both are immense WHEN YOU BELIEVE (with Whitney Houston) OR WHENEVER YOU CALL (with Brian McKnight) Who do you want TO WIN? I vote 'When You Believe' to win. Whitney beats Brian in my book.
