Who knows. I think they would have standed a chance of a Top 10. The tune was huge... so probably it'd have done well.

Asereje is awful :lol: I never liked it...I even prefer I Wanna to it to be honest, and that's my least favourite ESC winner of the decade

I think Ven A Bailar Conmigo was much better than I Wanna. To be honest that's the only contest I've never seen (almost literally, I have tons of old ones on video). I had a date - it ended soon after :lol:

I watched ESC 2002 at a friends house, we were surprised and elated when Jessica Garlick started doing so well :wub: shame Marie N beat the amazing trio of Ira, Jessica and Sahlene :cry:

NEVER :lol: I was more into my cheesy AATW dance in 2002, anything generally related to Kelly Llorenna and Shakira of course :wub: Las Ketchup was one of my least favourite #1's of the year, too cheesy even for me!

 

I Wanna isn't dire, it's just not good enough to be an ESC winner, I would have been less bitter if she had narrowly beaten something else that was awful (like in 2003 when the awful Sertab beat the tragic Urban Trad and the uninspiring tATu song...) but she stood in the way of three forms of pop perfection from Ira, Sahlene and Jessica :snif:

 

Ven A Bailar Conmigo was just mediocre for me...probably Norway's worst entry of the 00's...then again one of my favourite entries of 2007 was Work Your Magic which I know wasn't generally popular on Buzzjack :rofl: :wub:

criminally, I didn't vote for Ira, in fact I voted for Rosa and Corinna May :heehee:

Sertab, Urban Trad and t.A.T.u. were AMAZE :o I adored 2003, one of the best top 10s ever (I actually loved the whole top 18 :o) :heart: And I Wanna wasn't that bad, but it was demoted to WORST SONG EVER after beating Ira ;_;

 

Work Your Magic was pretty meh for me :( VABC was just a shock tbh :wub:
