Donna Summer - Stamp Your Feet Taken from: Crayons 19 Weeks - ([1]-2-5-6-3-[1]-3-3-4-7-13-19-19-24-24-26-31-34-38) LA9jvuEa0VM The best comeback of 08 has been Donna Summer's. I don't know why she did not get the success she deserves but I do know that Stamp Your Feet is an amazing song. Such a great message from such a great diva.

Monrose - Hit'N'Run Taken from: I Am 18 Weeks - (6-7-8-10-18-4-4-4-3-5-[2]-5-7-13-21-31-35-38) Monrose's second single from their third album is such a catchy song with such a fun trashy video. For anyone else they would have fulfilled my expectations, but from the group that brought us Hot Summer I really am expecting a bit more this year lol.

Girlicious - Like Me Taken from: Girlicious 24 Weeks - ([1]-[1]-3-6-9-15-15-17-22-30-26-27-17-17-17-19-22-28-28-30-30-36-36-39) Who would have though these 4 skanks put together by Robin Antin would have become such a huge obsesion for me. Like Me is such a good song. I can;t help but love it. I just really hope they can actually realease something in America this year lol.
January 2, 200916 yr Author 7. Thalia - Ten Paciencia Taken from: Lunada 20 Weeks - (2-[1]-5-5-4-3-4-2-6-6-11-11-11-17-20-26-31-36-37-40) Perhaps one of the biggest flops of the year was Thalia's new album and single. Ten Paciencia has the catchyness of her recent hits with the style of her older songs. I thought it was such a good song. But it just isnt very commercial.
January 2, 200916 yr Author 6. Girls Aloud - Can't Speak French Taken from: Tangled Up 18 Weeks - (21-25-9-9-9-11-[1]-[1]-[1]-[1]-2-2-4-6-8-16-31-39) Girls Aloud were able to make the unsingle worthy Can't Speak French into a very catchy single. While it's a shame that songs like Girl Overboard and Close To Love were denied a release. Can't Speak French became really likable and went on to sell quite a bit.

Girls Aloud - Call The Shots Taken from: Tangled Up 54 Weeks - ([1]-2-2-2-4-5-2-[1]-2-2-[1]-11-10-13-14-17-19-20-19-22-26-26-22-21-22-27-31-34-35-35-35-26-26-28-29-30-33-27-24-21-19-16-16-17-24-27-29-29-35-35-38-34-34-40) Despite being released in 2007, Call The Shots is one of the biggest songs of this year as well. It is perhaps Girls Aloud's best single and it gave them an extremely important hit in their career. It's such a great song and it deserves to be top 5 in 2 year end charts in a row lol.
January 2, 200916 yr Author 4. Britney Spears - Womanizer Taken from: Circus 13 Weeks - (10-6-3-2-2-[1]-3-10-10-8-2-3-5) Britney came back stronger than ever when we least expected it. Womanizer is one of her best singles and it helped make 2008 and amazing year for brit brit.
January 2, 200916 yr Author 2. Girls Aloud - The Promise Taken from: Out Of Control 14 Weeks - ([1]-[1]-[1]-[1]-[1]-[1]-3-2-7-8-7-5-4-3) The first time I heard The Promise, I didn't know what to think. I liked it but I didnt love it and I thought it might not do very well chartwise. Little did I know, I would completly fall in love with it and it would go one to become their second biggest single. It truly is such an amazing song. The music, the voices and he girls all add up to perfection. The Promise may have well ensured the longevity of Girls Aloud for a while longer.
January 2, 200916 yr Author Even I was a bit surprised when I realised what my biggest song of 2008 was. But it truly was huge. It was the biggest song of the summer and it was practically all I listened to during the month I spent in Europe... So here it is my number 1: 1. Pussycat Dolls - When I Grow Up Taken from: Doll Domination 23 Weeks - (3-[1]-[1]-2-2-6-[1]-[1]-2-2-[1]-2-2-5-14-17-15-18-24-25-29-30-29) Edited January 2, 200916 yr by shakilover
