The point I was making was that they were still defrosting it and putting it in the airing cupboard when people were arriving...

No matter how big or small the turkey was, it still needed to be cooked and, to me, it wasn't believable that they didn't know that.

Well I thought it completely matched their persona's from the series. Neither had a clue about anything and dairylea on toast was about as adventurous as they came... If they knew how to cook a turkey it would (imo) suggest they've changed as people sice it ran as a series.

Jim always said he thought he fakes to avoid work by claiming disability allowance. There was nothing in this years special to prove that that's not true...
