I haven't fully been keeping track of this thread and to save me trawling back through it, why IS Kids up so high?

I think someone said it was being used in a BBC trailer for Waterloo Road ...

makes sense I suppose...I just needed to know so that I can put it into my chart commentary when it inevitably re-enters the top 40 this evening

there is also an MGMT album advert that is being shown now.
Can you all stop with the incessant GA and Britney posts, take it up in the optional forums

Last two posts have been deleted. Those were not about artists anymore. Unnecessary comments.

Thankyouuuu.

Everytime I come in here (or anywhere in the chart forum), all people are discussing are Girls A Fukkin Aloud, there's another 100 other songs in the iTunes Chart that people could talk about.

Like MGMT :D

I was explained to about Kids, but why are all the MGMT released songs charting!

Becuase they're good songs and instead of buying one of the worst and most overhyped albums of 2008 it's far cheaper to just buy the only three decent songs on it?

I make it 4, The Youth is brilliant too

Don't really get why Electric Feel has been their most successful chartwise so far - Time To Pretend and Kids are FAR superior imo!

TOTALLY.

Also hurrah at the Saturdays not making the top 10; horrendously over-rated on Buzzjack, and Issues sounds like a Spice Girls B-side from 1998. They have NOTHING unique about them. Even Sugababes at their worst right now have more appeal.

Definitely my favourite MGMT song. In my top 10 songs of last year

chartwise it was their highest peaking due to their festival appearances in the summer, but I would have thought it is their lowest selling single by quite a margin

Thankyouuuu.

How comes they get away with saying that?

WOAH! For MGMT! :o The Nickleback of 2009 :o (Only Better Quality )

Kevin Rudolf is doing very nicely too! Hopefully that will climb throughout the weeks

Sorry I'm late and all that

Yuk at Lady GaGa.

Her productions are good, but her voice.. :/

I love her voice! :o I think it's unique, it's obviously not the strongest but it works for her type of music.
